eastern slopes of the middle stretch of the Poqueira river valley: Capileira,
Bubión and Pampaneira.
At 1432m., the highest of the 3 villages
of the Poqueira valley.

Bubión (1299m.) is a 45 minute
walk across the hillside from Capileira, or 25 minutes following the road, whilst
Pampaneira (1055m.) is a further 30 minutes down the valley.
